I have spent my career working with victims of all types of trauma both physical and emotional, and am equipped to help identify trauma triggers and how to manage them. My work is about understanding the root of trauma, and helping my clients find a way to build their lives around it. I believe that pain and suffering are a part of the human experience, because it is through pain that we learn survival skills, and our experiences imprint not only on our minds and emotions, but also in our physical bodies. Holding trauma is physical, and learning to manage the weight of it in your life will allow you to thrive.
Being person-centered means I practice the modality that works for you. I’m transparent and direct because our relationship is the crux of successful therapy. Together we can conquer fear, triumph over self-doubt, annihilate anxiety and rise above depression.
